Mike Kollen
CTO / Architect

Mike has extensive experience as a lead web technology instructor in a synchronous training environment. He has also built and designed over 60 websites and served as a Lead Architect for multiple web 1.0 and dynamic 2.0 RIA applications. In addition, Mike is the Co-Founder of the Boeing Flex and ColdFusion User Groups and an Adobe Certified Flex and ColdFusion Instructor. For years, he has educated aspiring to high-end web development professionals at The Boeing Company, pioneering a synchronous learning program through UC Irvine and serving as the Chief Architect for the Web E-Synchronous Training division to Boeing employees. For his efforts, Mike received the UC Irvine 2007 Dean’s Outstanding Service and the 2005 Distinguished Instructor of the Year Awards. During the last five years, he has logged over 5,000 hours of live synchronous training using both Adobe Connect and WebEx.

While his students are located around the globe, Mike is a native of California and currently resides in Orange County with his family.

Jennifer Jaegel
COO / VP of Training

An industry veteran, Jennifer serves as Senior Adobe Training Partner and operational and student care director. She is the former VP of Operations & Director of Training at Roundpeg, the largest Adobe Training Partner on the West Coast. As a key member of Roundpeg’s original staff, Jennifer was directly responsible for managing all of the firm’s corporate training relationships, as well as overseeing the student environment. A longstanding Adobe training partner, she has worked with Allaire through their acquisition by Macromedia on to Adobe’s acquisition of Macromedia. She is a proven team builder who serves as a catalyst for creating new business, establishing strategic partnerships with major corporations as well as several governmental state, county, and city agencies. With a deep commitment to bettering relationships with each partner, within Adobe, and for every eSyncTraining student, Jennifer is already distinguishing herself in the synchronous training environment.

Jennifer is a Northern California native and resides near the heart of the region’s technology hub.

Matt Brunini
Director of Professional Services

Matt brings significant account and project management expertise to the eSyncTraining professional services team, having spent the last fifteen years running development, branding, user experience, and marketing projects. With a home base in Los Angeles, Matt has been running a strategic marketing and development company (www.articulationagency.com) since 1998 and has worked on initiatives for some of the largest companies in the world. Matt has created and managed powerful brand experiences for large-scale projects both online and off. His strength is in his ability to help his clients develop the right strategy and user experience to meet and exceed their goals, while also truly supporting their brand. He has also been copywriting for his entire career and is able synthesize highly technical concepts and workflow into succinct and actionable content that connects with each client’s target audience—no matter their level of sophistication. Matt has worked across a wide variety of industries, having led large and successful initiatives for firms in consumer products, financial services, entertainment, real estate, and a long line of B2B service providers.

Matt graduated with honors in economics from UCSB, hails from the surfside community of Encinitas, and enjoys traveling the world and expressing himself through his writing.
